Four to six private sessions, where the coachee is encouraged to pick one issue in their life that they want to work on. | |
In a 1-1 session, the goal needs to be very clear and SMART (stands for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timebound) and the first whole session may be spent entirely deciding what that goal should be. |

| Option Two |
A maximum of 10 group sessions, where again each participant brings one main issue they want to see a change in. | |
| In a group session, each member similarly has a clear and SMART goal for outcomes. However, there will also be some peer coaching involved, so each gains some skill in coaching as well as being coached. Ideally, each cohort would have about 12 members, or multiples of 3, for our group work. |
